Dr. Hailey F. Rouhana, M.D. grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana. She then moved to Georgia, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Genetics. Hailey returned to New Orleans where she received her Doctor of Medicine from the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine. While in medical school, she founded the LSU Chapter of SPOTS (Sun Protection Outreach Teaching by Students) and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society for being in the top of her class. Dr. Rouhana then completed her dermatology residency at the LSU Department of Dermatology, training in pediatric and adult medical dermatology, dermatologic surgery, laser procedures, and cosmetic dermatology.
Dr. Rouhana appreciates the diversity of dermatology from skin exams and complicated dermatological diseases to cosmetic injectables and laser treatments. She enjoys treating skin cancers, psoriasis and acne, while also working with her aesthetic patients to slow down and reverse the aging face. Her interests include general and cosmetic dermatology, skin aging, the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer, and the treatment of photodamaged skin.
She has been published in The Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, and presented at dermatological meetings on a range of topics. Dr. Rouhana is a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology (board certified dermatologist). She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the Louisiana Dermatological Society, the Women’s Dermatologic Society, and the American Medical Association.
Hailey enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. Hailey and her husband, Nick Malone, live in Atlanta.
