Clear + Brilliant® is an effective procedure for patients who desire a smoother, more even-toned complexion.
*This procedure is available in Cartersville only.
Clear + Brilliant® is a type of fractional laser, similar to Fraxel®, that creates thousands of tiny pinpoint beams of laser energy to penetrate skin and stimulate the skin’s regenerative process from within.
What is the treatment like?
Clear + Brilliant® is typically administered with the use of a topical anesthetic to keep you comfortable. Your licensed aesthetician passes the handpiece over your skin as it emits pulses of laser energy.
This energy and the microscopic injuries made beneath your skin stimulates self-repair, which includes the production of new collagen.

Our resurfacing lasers are non-ablative lasers that address issues such as discoloration, age spots, acne scars, fine lines, and textural irregularities. Multiple treatments allow patients to obtain significant improvement with minimal downtime.
Light energy is delivered in pinpoint beams to the treatment area. The beams remove extremely small areas of the skin. These small areas of injury heal with increased collagen and remodeling with minimal recuperation time. The entire face is treated in one 30-minute session. The neck, chest, arms, and back of the hands may also be treated very safely and effectively.
There is some warmth and discomfort with each pulse of light. In order to make the procedure as comfortable as possible, we apply a prescription numbing cream in the office 30 minutes before your treatment.
Redness and swelling after each treatment are expected for 1-4 days. This is often followed by peeling. Greater swelling occurs in the lower lids when the eye area is treated. More serious side effects are rare, but most can be avoided with proper sun avoidance before and after the procedure and following the post-procedure instructions. Possible adverse effects include discoloration (lightening or darkening), prolonged redness, significant swelling and extremely rarely infection or pinpoint scarring. During the treatment, shields are worn to protect the eyes.
The best way to maintain results is to protect the skin from the sun. At-home medical grade skincare will help maintain the beneficial effects of treatment.
